You state ' I want to know how to make the block into isometric view so that when i import it in a new drawing file, it will be in isometric view:' It looks like you have an isometric view. If you change the view to Back or Front for the image you posted do you see a single horizontal line or a different projection of an isometric shape? AutoCAD 2016 Tutorial: Isometric drafting.
